How do I register?

To register for a user account, please click on „Login“ and provide all required information.

What are the advantages of the user account?

When registering for a user account, your address details will be stored. At your next order, your data is pre-filled for your convenience. In addition, you can now access your current, as well as already completed orders, anytime.


My name/ my address has changed.

You can change details in your user account under “Account details” any time.

Your address information (invoice and delivery address) can be changed in your user account under “Addresses”.

I forgot my password!

In case you have forgotten your password, please click on the link to request a password change in the log-in area.

Which personal data is saved and is my data safe with you?

Data provided during the order process is stored.
Your data is handled very carefully and in accordance with the provisions of the German Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSVGO).

Payment data is exclusively handled and stored by PayPal (payment service provider). Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Can I get a data excerpt of my stored data?

Yes, please fill out this form to request the data excerpt.

Order & Purchasing

How Do I place an order?

Once you have decided on a product, you can place the item in your shopping cart by clicking on the button Add to cart.

The (shopping) cart contains all articles selected for purchase, as well as information regarding total costs and delivery details.

Order complete?
To complete your order, please review the articles in your cart. If everything is correct, please click onProceed to Checkout.

In Step 1 (Personal data), please provide all required information (e.g. invoice details). To continue, click on “Continue with Step 2” and select a method of payment.

To finalize your order, please click on „Continue with Step 3“ and review all order details. You can edit order details, if necessary. By clicking on „Purchase now“ you are placing the binding order.

What are the next steps?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation per E-Mail, including an order number. You can check the status of your order in your user account dashboard under „Orders“.

You will receive an E-Mail notification once your order is dispatched. The E-Mail includes a link to track your order, i.e. you can track the status of your order anytime.

Can I order without opening a user account?

Yes, you can order without registering an account with us. 
Please find all information regarding placing an order in the article “How do I place an order?”.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order here anytime.
All you need is your order number, which you have received in the order confirmation, and your E-mail address.

The article is not available in my size.

We reorder certain articles periodically. Please contact us via E-Mail, which articles you are interested in, including the respective size, and we will let you know whether and when the article will be available.

Payment Options

The following payment options are accepted in our online shop:

Transfer of purchase payment directly to our bank account. Please provide the order number as reason for payment in the transfer.

With PayPal Plus the following payment options are available via the PayPal Service:

Change of payment option during the order process

Should you decide to change the payment option during the ordering process, please cancel the process and start a new order from your cart.

Please note: Payment processing, for the payment options under PayPal Plus, is done exclusively by PayPal as payment service provider. Please pay attention to the E-mails you receive from PayPal directly.

Delivery & Shipping Terms

Which shipping service provider to do use?

We ship our packages with DHL.
Smaller articles, e.g. single postcard-sets or notebooks, are sent by Deutsche Post.

How long will shipping and delivery take?

Your order will be ready and handed over to the shipping service supplier within 1-2 days.

Please note: orders received on a Friday after 16:00 o’clock (CET/CEST) will be processed on the following Monday morning.

Shipping takes between 1-2 days within Germany. For information regarding deliveries outside of Germany, please refer to our Shipping and Payment terms.

Information regarding the accurate delivery times for products is provided on the respective product page in the online shop. 

What happens if items have different delivery times?

When ordering several articles with different delivery times, you will receive the articles in one combined shipment.

In this case, the total delivery time of the article with the longest delivery time, will apply to your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you are able to track the shipment status.

As soon as the shipment is processed, you will receive an E-mail with the tracking number of our shipping service supplier DHL.

For smaller packages, you will receive an E-mail with a tracking number by Deutsche Post (PRIO service).

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to Germany and Austria.
Additional countries will follow shortly!

Should you not be able to wait until your country is included, please contact us via E-mail ( and we will check, whether we can execute your order.

What are the shipment costs?

For an order over 75,00 EUR, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

For shipping of certain articles (e.g. individual orders of postcard sets or notebooks) we charge 2,35 EUR.

For all other articles, shipping costs come to 4,50 EUR. Shipping costs are only charged once per order.

Return of items

Did you order something wrong?

You have the option to return articles as follows:

Step 1: Please complete the Revocation Form and pack it with the return package, so we can match and process the return.

Please note: we can only accept the return of articles in their original state, e.g. clothing articles and hats/caps are unworn and unwashed, notebooks have to be unused and, ideally, in their original packaging; art prints must not be manipulated (no folds, creases, stains, discoloring or adhesive residue). This will be checked upon receipt of your return.

Step 2: Please send the return package using the shipping service provider of your choice (original packaging or your own packaging can be used, franking and mailing of the package done by the customer) to the following address:

The customer is required to pay the return shipping costs. We will refund the original purchase price, including the initial shipping costs. The refund will be made via the method of payment of the original order.

Please note: we do not send substitute products. To purchase a new article, please place a new order.
